Our analysis is based on:

  • Analysis of your CV against job descriptions (optional)

Important: The score is an indicator, not a guarantee.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We take your data security very seriously:

  • All CVs are encrypted in transit (HTTPS)
  • No CV is retained after analysis
  • Your data is associated with your secure account
  • We comply with GDPR standards
Can AI read my CV correctly?

Our system uses standard text extraction to process your PDF.

For best results: Use a standard PDF (no complex images), ensure text is selectable, and avoid file sizes over 10MB.

Score & Improvements

Why is my score low?

A low score can be due to factors like confusing layout, missing keywords, parsing errors, or grammar mistakes. Check the "Detailed Analysis" section in the app for specific recommendations.

What is a "good" score?

Generally, a score above 70 is solid. 80+ is excellent. 60-70 indicates room for improvement. Below 60 suggests significant revisions are needed.

Account & Credits

How do credits work?

Scanner: Each new scan costs 1 credit. Unlocking detailed analysis costs 1 credit.

Ranker: Ranking candidates costs 1 credit per CV uploaded.

You can purchase credits on the "Buy Credits" page. Credits never expire.

Can I get a refund?

Generally, purchases are final. However, we are flexible and open to refunds if you have a valid justification (such as an application bug or service error). Please contact support with details.
