1. Subscription Plans, Credits & Cancellation Policy

CV Scanner AI offers one-time credit packs (5 Credits Pack at €5) and recurring subscription plans (Pro Unlimited at €19/month) as well as legacy plans for existing active subscribers.

• Subscriptions: Pro Unlimited subscriptions automatically renew monthly at the specified rate (€19/month) until cancelled.
• One-Time Packs: Credit packs (e.g., 5 Credits Pack) are billed once with no recurring subscription or automatic renewal.
• Credit Allocation: Credit packs provide permanent credits that never expire. Pro Unlimited subscriptions grant continuous access under fair-use limits.
• 1-Click Cancellation: You can cancel any recurring subscription at any time without fees or penalties directly through the Billing / Stripe Customer Portal available in your user account menu.
• Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew at the next billing date. Any unused accumulated credits remain permanently in your account balance for future use.
• Refunds: Subscription charges and credit purchases are non-refundable once activated or consumed, except in cases of proven technical failure or duplicate billing.

2. CV Scanner & Tailored CV Editor

CV Scanner provides AI-assisted CV analysis, job tailoring, formatting, and text rewriting.

• Full CV Scan: Evaluates your resume against target ATS metrics, keyword alignment, scoring, and structural recommendations (1 token per scan).
• Tailored CV Editor: Modify text directly with real-time visual styling, accent color themes, and custom layout controls.
• AI Copilot: Rewrite, optimize, or translate selected resume sections directly inside the editor (1 token per action).
• User Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing, proofreading, and verifying all AI-generated suggestions before submitting your resume to prospective employers.

3. AI Job Search

Search real-time target job listings matched to your CV qualifications and receive AI match scores, key requirements breakdown, and tailored application advice.

• AI Job Search: Query live employment databases and receive AI match scores, matching breakdown, and tailored advice for each job listing (2 tokens per search query).
• Direct Employer Links: Job listings provide direct links to external employer portals or job boards for manual application by the user.
• No Hiring Guarantee: CV Scanner AI does not guarantee callbacks, interviews, or job offers. Employer hiring decisions remain independent of CV Scanner AI.

4. LinkedIn Optimizer & Candidate Shortlist (CV Ranker)

Enhance your personal LinkedIn profile visibility or rank multiple job applicants for recruitment roles.

• LinkedIn Optimizer: Analyzes your LinkedIn headline, about section, experience, and key skills to boost recruiter search indexability (1 token per audit).
• Candidate Shortlist (CV Ranker): Recruiters and hiring managers can compare and rank multiple candidate resumes against a single job description (1 token per candidate).
• Non-Discriminatory Advisory Use: Rankings are purely advisory. Recruiters remain responsible for final human hiring decisions and compliance with labor laws.

5. Privacy Policy & Data Handling

We respect your privacy and process personal data in strict compliance with applicable privacy regulations.

Data Collection

• Account Data: Email address, authentication tokens, and account identifiers managed via Firebase Authentication.
• User Documents: Uploaded resumes, target job descriptions, extracted text, and AI-generated outputs strictly to render your requested services.
• Payments & Billing: All payments and subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or transmit raw credit card numbers on our servers.
• Analytics: We use aggregated analytics tools (such as Yandex Metrika) to monitor platform performance and prevent abuse.

Data Usage & Protection

• We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal resume data or contact information to recruiters, advertisers, or third-party data brokers.
• Your resume content is processed solely to generate requested ATS analysis, job matches, and document edits.
• You can request full account and data deletion at any time by contacting support.
