1. CV Scanner & Tailored Editor Service
CV Scanner provides AI-assisted CV analysis, job tailoring, and text editing. The service includes scoring, red flags, improvement recommendations, and a dedicated document editor.
- Full scan: A full scan includes the CV score, detailed keyword matching, and structure analysis.
- Tailored CV Editor: Users can modify the text of their CV directly. Visual customizations such as font family, scale, and predefined accent colors (e.g. Navy, Emerald, Terracotta, Bronze) are applied programmatically before rendering.
- AI Copilot: The Copilot feature edits, rewrites, or translates selected text in-place inside the editor.
- Token Deductions: Scans and AI Copilot actions are token-based. Each action (e.g., 1 scan or 1 AI Copilot request) consumes 1 token (deducted as 2 database credits). Paid token/scan packs are available and do not expire.
- No guarantee: CV Scanner does not guarantee job interviews, job offers, ATS acceptance, or recruiter approval.
- User responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing and proofreading AI outputs and editor drafts before relying on them.
2. AI CV Ranker Service
CV Ranker AI helps recruiters and hiring teams screen multiple CVs against a job description. The navigation label for this feature may appear as HR Scans.
- Ranking units: Candidate ranking uses one ranking unit per CV uploaded.
- Batch use: The tool is designed for comparing CVs for the same role and job description.
- Human review required: Rankings are advisory and must not be treated as automatic hiring decisions.
- No automated rejection: The service is intended to prioritize review, not silently reject candidates.
- Compliance responsibility: Employers and recruiters remain responsible for fair hiring practices and applicable employment laws.
- Availability: We try to keep the service available, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, network issues, or other technical problems.
3. AI Auto-Apply Service
The AI Auto-Apply Service is exclusive to the Max plan (requiring a minimum allocation of 50 tokens / 100 credits) and allows users to automate their job application process. Our administrative agents and systems match your profile against target listings and submit tailored resumes on your behalf.
- Authorization: By configuring and activating a campaign, you explicitly authorize our system and human agents to submit job applications, share your CV/resume, and present your qualifications to employers on your behalf.
- Submissions & Discretion: To maintain professional discretion, applications are submitted using standard, unbranded email addresses. We make no mention or trace of CV Scanner in these submissions to ensure your job search remains fully confidential and discreet.
- Token Cost & Refunds: Each logged job application consumes 1.5 tokens (3 credits). You can pause or turn off the campaign at any time to instantly refund any remaining unspent tokens back to your main account balance.
- Follow-up & Direct Contact: Recruiters may contact you directly. We are not responsible for handling follow-up emails, scheduling interviews, or coordinating technical tests.
- No Outcome Guarantee: We do not guarantee callbacks, interviews, recruiter responses, or job offers. We are not responsible for any actions, rejections, or decisions made by target employers.
4. Privacy Policy
This section explains what data we collect, why we use it, and how you can contact us about your rights.
Data Collection
- Account information: Email address, user ID, login timestamps, and authentication information handled through Firebase.
- Uploaded documents: CV files, extracted page images, job descriptions, and AI outputs needed to provide scans and rankings.
- Usage information: Scan balance, purchase events, app interactions, IP/device signals used to prevent abuse of free access, and support messages.
- Payment information: Stripe processes payments. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes.
- Analytics: We may use analytics tools such as Yandex Metrika or similar services to understand site performance and usage.
Data Usage
- Provide CV scans, score-only previews, detailed analysis, and candidate rankings.
- Maintain accounts, balances, payment fulfillment, fraud prevention, and customer support.
- Improve reliability, debug errors, and understand aggregate product usage.
- We do not sell CV data to advertisers, recruiters, or data brokers.
- We do not use your CV to apply for jobs or contact employers on your behalf, except when you explicitly configure and activate the AI Auto-Apply Service.
Third-Party Providers
- Firebase / Google: Authentication, user records, and database services.
- Stripe: Payment checkout and payment processing.
- AI providers: CV content and job descriptions may be sent to AI model providers to generate the requested analysis.
- Analytics providers: Site usage may be measured to improve the service.
Retention
- We keep account and transaction records as needed to provide the service, handle support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data. Some limited records may be retained when required for payment, security, accounting, or legal reasons.
Your Rights
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
- If you are in a region with specific privacy rights, you may have additional rights under applicable law.

5. General Provisions
- Refunds: Digital purchases are generally final once delivered. We may review refunds for duplicate payments, technical failures, or other valid support cases.
- Availability: We may update, pause, or discontinue features. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
- Acceptable use: You must not upload unlawful content, attempt to abuse free access, scrape the service, overload systems, or use the service to make discriminatory decisions.
- Liability: Our services are advisory tools. We do not guarantee job interviews, offers, hiring outcomes, ATS compatibility, or legal compliance for hiring decisions.
- Changes: We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
