1. AI CV Scanner Service

Terms related to the automated CV analysis tool.

Credits System: The scanner operates on a credit basis. 1 Scan = 1 Credit.
Pricing Packs: Credits are purchased in packs (e.g., €5 for 10 credits). Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Refund Policy: Generally non-refundable, but we are open to refunds if you have a valid justification (e.g., application bug, service failure). Contact support to request one.
Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access during maintenance.

Terms related to the AI-powered CV ranking tool.

Credits System: The ranker operates on a credit basis. 1 CV = 1 Credit.
Usage Limits: Minimum 2 CVs, maximum 30 CVs per ranking request.
Pricing Packs: Credits are purchased in packs (e.g., €5 for 10 credits). Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Refund Policy: Generally non-refundable, but we are open to refunds if you have a valid justification (e.g., application bug, service failure). Contact support to request one.

How we handle your data.

Account Info: Email and encrypted password for login purposes.
CV Data: Your uploaded CV is processed solely for the purpose of analysis or rewriting. It is not shared with third parties.
Payment Data: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your credit card details.

You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

Liability: Our services are advisory tools. We do not guarantee job interviews or offers.
Changes: We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the service implies acceptance.
