Inside AI Auto-Apply: Campaign Workflow & Application Optimization Guide
Welcome to AI Auto-Apply, our premium platform feature designed to automate your job application process. Our team and automated systems work continuously to find matching jobs, optimize your resume keywords for each specific description, and submit polished applications on your behalf.
1. Search & Targeting Preferences
Configure your target job titles (e.g., Frontend Developer, React Engineer) and location preferences (e.g., Remote, Paris). Our system actively tracks and matches open roles that fit your criteria.
2. ATS-Optimized CV Tailoring
Before any application is sent, your resume is analyzed against the target job description. The experience descriptions, technical keywords, and layout elements are optimized to ensure maximum compatibility with the recruiter's applicant tracking systems (ATS), boosting your interview callbacks.
3. Discretion & Invisible Submissions
We prioritize total confidentiality and discretion. Recruiters will never know you are using an automated helper or AI. All applications are sent manually by our agents using standard, professional email addresses (such as generic personal accounts) with absolutely no mention or trace of CV Scanner. The tailored CV is generated in standard formats with human-like layouts and wording to avoid any AI detection flags.
4. Max Tier Feature Restriction
To guarantee a premium level of service, human validation of matches, and to cover high GPU processing costs for the AI, AI Auto-Apply is restricted to the Max plan. Users on the Starter or Pro plans must upgrade to activate the agent.
5. Token Costs & Allocation
You allocate a custom number of tokens to your active campaign (minimum 50 tokens). Each successfully submitted application consumes 1.5 tokens. You can pause your campaign or turn it off at any time, instantly refunding any unspent allocated tokens back to your main account balance.
6. Real-Time Dashboard & Submission Logs
Track your campaign directly on the live dashboard. The Agent Console logs display real-time status updates, while the history table provides direct links to the job postings where applications were sent, keeping you fully in control.
