01. Credit Packs, Billing & Cancellation Policy

CV Scanner AI offers transparent one-time credit packs as well as legacy subscription support. All current purchases are strictly pay-per-use with no forced renewals or recurring charges.

• Transparent Credit Packs: All purchases are billed as one-time payments via Stripe. There are no recurring subscriptions, surprise renewals, or hidden fees.
• Universal Scan Ratio (2 Credits = 1 Scan): 1 full ATS CV Scan or 1 Tailored CV Generation costs 2 credits (1 scan). AI Copilot inline rewrites consume 1 credit (0.5 scan). Live Job Searches consume 6 credits (3 scans).
• Permanent Validity: Purchased credits never expire and remain permanently accessible on your account until consumed.
• Pack Breakdown:
  • 🎯 Basic Pack (€9.90): 10 scans (20 credits) — targeted applications at €0.99 / scan.
  • ⭐ Pro Pack (€19.90): 30 scans (60 credits) — active job search at €0.66 / scan (33% savings).
  • 🚀 Max Pack (€49.00): 100 scans (200 credits) — high-volume job campaign at €0.49 / scan (50% savings).
• Legacy Subscriptions: Historical active subscribers retain their renewal schedule until cancelled. Cancellation is 100% self-serve via the Stripe Customer Portal.
• Refund Policy: Due to immediate real-time computational GPU/AI costs, credit packs are non-refundable once consumed or activated, except in verifiable technical failure or double-billing instances.

Our ATS algorithms analyze resume syntax, structure, keywords, and relevance against professional standards and target job vacancies.

• Full CV Audit & ATS Scoring: Evaluates your resume against applicant tracking system benchmarks across 4 key dimensions: Job Match, Impact & Metrics, Readability, and Uniqueness (costs 2 credits / 1 scan).
• Tailored CV Generation & Live Editor: Automatically generates job-tailored resumes in executive templates with customizable font, scale, layout, photo upload/removal, and accent colors (costs 2 credits / 1 scan).
• Accent Colors & Original Design: The editor default is "No Color / Original", preserving the original color schemes and typography of your document. Custom accent palettes can be optionally applied upon request.
• AI Copilot Toolbar: Context-aware inline rewriting, bullet point quantification, and translation (costs 1 credit / 0.5 scan).
• User Review Responsibility: AI assists your writing process. Users retain full responsibility for verifying accuracy, qualifications, and claims before submitting resumes to recruiters.

03. AI Job Search Engine

Connect your resume with active web job openings matched semantically to your skillset, seniority, and target geographic market.

• Live Web Search: Scans real-time job openings matching your resume qualifications and target criteria (costs 6 credits / 3 scans per query).
• Direct Employer Portals: Match results link directly to verified company postings and recruitment portals. CV Scanner AI does not broker or control external hiring processes.
• No Hiring Guarantee: CV Scanner AI enhances application relevance and visibility but does not guarantee recruitment callbacks, interviews, or hiring decisions.

04. LinkedIn Optimizer & Candidate Shortlist

Specialized recruitment and personal branding suites for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.

• LinkedIn Profile Optimizer: Evaluates headlines, About summaries, and experience sections for SEO visibility and recruiter search algorithms (costs 2 credits / 1 scan).
• Candidate Shortlist (CV Ranker): Evaluates batches of candidate resumes against a single job description to score and rank top talent (costs 2 credits per candidate resume evaluated).
• Advisory & Anti-Bias Notice: Candidate rankings are purely objective semantic prioritization aids. Hiring managers and recruiters remain solely responsible for employment decisions and legal compliance.

05. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

We believe your personal documents belong solely to you. We handle personal data under strict European and international privacy frameworks (GDPR compliant).

Data Collection & Processing

• Account Credentials: Email address and authentication tokens authenticated securely through Google Firebase Auth.
• Document Content: Resume PDFs, target job descriptions, and extracted text are processed exclusively to perform your requested analysis and document tailoring.
• Payment Security: All payments are executed over 256-bit SSL encrypted channels via Stripe. We never store or handle raw credit card information on our servers.
• Aggregated Analytics: Anonymized metrics monitor site reliability and prevent bot abuse via Yandex Metrika and Google Analytics.

Our Privacy Commitments

• We do NEVER sell, rent, commercialize, or distribute your resume, contact details, or profile information to recruiters, advertising brokers, or third parties.
• Your resumes are not used to train public generative foundational models.
• You can request complete deletion of your account and associated documents at any time by contacting our support team.
